not long. We are studying DP now. but he has been introduced to the Blessing and we will be going more in depth this week about the meaning centered on True Parents and God's Ideal. He is from Myanmar and has a Christian background

OK, I don't mind him registering, but please be wise. It is good to introduce the Blessing but not for him to access it next year (even people are going to push for it), my personal opinion this would be mistake, does not matter how good he might be. I don't want to send people to the blessing and have them cancelled it a year later. We have to remember that the Blessing is not just a nice way to marry someone, it is a sacrament that has tremendous consequences good and bad depending on how to access it. For him, waiting until 2016 may be a good protective indemnity period.
However, I do not know the whole situation, so I am speaking to you as a general statement. The individual situation has to be considered too.

Don't look for a partner right now, let him become a candidate first by going through the process that will help him a lot.
